Rashelle's Oxygen Plus Health and Beauty Newsletter #3

I am getting ready to take a trip to Mexico, hot, hot, Mexico. It makes me think of the importance of good skin care and so I decided to dedicate a good portion of the newsletter to your healthy, beautiful skin. When I was chronologically young, (I have to say that since I still feel like a kid in so many ways, energy, vibrancy, attitude, thanks to LifeLift), anyway back to when I was chronologically young, I was fortunate enough to train with a wonderful cosmetic chemist and he taught me so much about what should and "should not" be in skin and body care products. When I realized that most of the products on the market, including the most expensive ones were filled with some pretty unhealthy "fillers" the stuff they put in to your creams and lotions to make it look like you are getting more, I decided to create a skin care line that was actually "healthy for your skin and your body." I have been thrilled and amazed in working with my chemists to see how much of a difference a really great product can make in the way your skin can look and feel. Even though I have some amazing before and after pictures and some wonderful testimonials, I consider myself to be my greatest testimonial. Even though I have been extremely careful most of my adult life with my skin, I was a sun worshipper for several years when I lived in Southern California. I soon realized that I needed something to "reverse" the damage I had done.

Rashelle’s Beauty Regimen

Here is the regimen that I have used that has helped me improve my skin texture and tone. I love sharing my secrets with you!

I use the Herbal Face and Body Glow because it is a pure herbal and aloe formula that unplugs the pores and leaves my skin feeling like pure silk. It is so rich because it is not full of water, instead it is the pure herbs and aloe vera. My skin is very sensitive and yet I have never have an allergic reaction so I don't have to worry about itchy skin.

I use the liquid from my Natural Face Lift Kit as a toner. I love it because unlike any other toner I have ever used it actually gives my skin moisture and makes it feel smoother instead of dried out!  If I am not using the Natural Face Lift kit I use it after cleansing. If I am using the Natural Face Lift Kit I use it after I remove the Natural Face Lift product and then I apply the Aloe and Comfrey gel. The final step is moisture cream. I always use eye creams that are specifically made for the eye area around my eyes.

I am almost goofy about my enthusiasm about the Natural Face Lift kit. I could see such a dramatic difference in my skin when I started using this product years and years ago and each time I use this product I can see the benefits.

Here are the instructions for the Natural Face Lift Masking Kit with the complete ingredient list. 
 
Instructions for use: Mix 1 scoop powder with one to one and a half scoops of liquid to create a thin paste. If you prefer you can mix it with 1 scoop powder and one scoop liquid for a thicker consistency. It is good to start out with the thinner consistency in the beginning.
 
Smooth over your face, neck, upper chest,  hands, or any area of the body where you wish to improve your skin.
 
When you apply it to your face, avoid the area right below your eyes to the cheekbone.
 
Allow to dry. Leave on anywhere between 5 and 30 minutes, depending on your skin.
 
Once you have used it for awhile you can leave it on much longer. It is fine to sleep with all night. If you do this I suggest you use the thinner mixture.
 
Remove with warm to hot water. Apply your Fountain of Youth Serum or any good Moisture Cream.
 
Your face may feel a slight tingling or possibly a slight itching while the mask is on.
 
This is normal. It is increasing the circulation to your skin, which is a good thing.
 
It is normal for your skin to feel tight while the mask is on.
 
For best results you may use this mask every other day in the beginning. After a few weeks you can begin to use your Natural Face Lift Masking kit daily if you want to. I use it almost daily. I always apply the aloe and comfrey gel after using the Natural Face Lift product and then I apply a day moisture cream. I also use the Night Magic from the Herbal Body Wrap set around my jaw line, neck and chin to keep my skin tight and firm around that area. This is something I have done for at least 15 years and I don't think I will ever stop.
 
You may begin to notice a marked improvement in the toning of your skin as well as the texture with regular use. Some people actually notice a dramatic improvement immediately. I certainly did and I continue to see improvement over time.

Since I am going to be wearing a beautiful yellow bikini while I am in Mexico I want to be free of any excess fat and cellulite, so guess what I will be doing. You guessed it! Breathing a lot with LifeLift. I usually bump my LifeLift up to a full 5 minutes every day before a trip like this. I want to feel great in my sun dresses and bathing suits, not to mention having lot's of energy to enjoy the adventures. The other thing I will do is continue to use my NIGHT MAGIC HERBAL GEL nightly and my CELLULITE & FAT REDUCTION CREAM daily. I am faithful to this regime, that way I can have confidence in whatever I am wearing.

Why Grow Old?

Since I am looking forward to a new birthday in a few days I thought this would be a perfect time to share this you. It is taken from my seminar series The Victory Theory. This is my birthday gift to you! My Mom always taught us to give a gift on our birthday to show gratitude for the gift of our lives.

I don't mind looking in the mirror and seeing lines around my eyes because they remind me of all the smiles that I have had in my life, so I see them as beautiful. What I would mind is if I looked in the mirror and saw no light shining from my eyes, because I would know that my soul had grown old.

We all share the dream of never growing old. We are alike in so many ways. We have dreams and fears and hopes, the need to be loved and visions of our future. But where our paths part sometimes is how we view our possibilities as the years come to us. The gift I hope to give you today, the knowledge that I have gained, the truth as I have learned to know it, that we do not have to deteriorate as we age. We will add years to our lives, but we can make the choice whether to grow healthier and wiser with our years or to grow old. Today we will explore our options. We are going to determine what it is that you really want for yourself physically, and what in fact you can have.

First you need to make an honest evaluation of how you see yourself today.

How do you feel about yourself physically?

How do you view the future of your body, your aging process?

What labels have you put upon yourself?

What is the image you hold in your mind for your state of health in the upcoming years?

Be Honest! What limitations have you set upon yourself concerning your aging process?

Have you taken to heart this line uttered by an adolescent in the movie "The Breakfast Club?" "When you grow old you can't help it, your heart just dies."

Fortunately this does not have to be true of you! It is within your control to decide to carry negative limiting programming around inside your subconscious mind or to eradicate it. Do you remember the words to this song "It's not how you feel, but how you look, and you look marvelous?" That song has it a bit turned around. It is not how you look, but how you think you look that will make the ultimate difference in how you approach each new birthday. It is not as important how others see you as how you see yourself. That image is what will determine whether you "grow old" or preserve your youth. This does not mean we will live forever. It means that while we are living we can continue to live with the energy and the vibrancy of the young.

Every truth is based upon how you interpret it. According to my bank and some of the stores where I shop, I am a senior citizen. I cannot begin to tell you how funny that is to me. I find it very amusing to see the reactions of the bank tellers and store clerks when they see my senior citizen title on the account and they are sure that it is an error. Instead of feeling old and upset I smile and turn it to my favor. I get the perks and I have gained more new clients than I could count for my business when they realize that the only error is their assumption that over 55 should look old.

I am actually back from Mexico now and the trip was fabulous. One of the highlights of the trip was when I was walking up the stairs returning from the ladies room. My husband had his back to me talking to a young man who was in his late thirties. We had recently met him. He had no idea how old I am and as I was moving slowly up the stairs, wearing just a pair of blue jeans and a red tank top he looked up from talking to my husband and in a very loud voice he said "Boy David, your wife is hot looking!" When I later told him how old I was he ran around telling everyone as if he had found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. I admit it, I loved it. Under my breath I said quietly, "Thank God for LifeLift." I am so happy to share it with you. I want all of you to feel as healthy, and happy as I do. That is my birthday present to you!

Take good care of yourself, and remember that you are the greatest gift you have ever been given.

This Week It's Chives

The reason I chose chives this week to be our healthy food is because of all of the therapeutic effects you can enjoy from eating them. The medicinal properties of chives are very profound. Chives stimulate the appetite and promote good digestion, which is all important in weight loss. They can be used to relieve upset stomach, reduce flatulence and prevent bad breath. They are even good for a stuffy nose. When combined with a low sodium diet they can even lower blood pressure.

Another good aid for weight loss is the diuretic effects from eating chives. Scientific studies have shown that since chives stimulate the digestion of fat that if you eat them regularly you may even be lowering your blood cholesterol. Chives are very high in vitamin C so the benefits can be great.

Heating them will cause them to lose their vitamin C.

They can actually be frozen and they may retain their flavor better than dried chives. They can be added to baked potatoes, and cottage cheese for a delicious, nutritious meal.
